Troubleshooting problems installing, updating, or deleting Kiosk Pro
The following are general steps to try if you experience problems installing, updating, or deleting Kiosk Pro:
- Make sure you're logged into the device with the Apple ID that was used to purchase/download the app.
- Try turning your device off and on again using the Power button, then try again.
- Perform a hard reset by holding the Home and Power buttons down for a few seconds until the screen turns off. If you are using an iPad without a Home button, press and hold down on the top button and either the volume up or volume down button until a slider appears, then slide to turn off. Once the device is turned off, press and hold on the top button again until the Apple logo appears, wait until the Home screen is shown and try again.
- Try deleting the app and downloading it again. Note: Apple keeps track of apps you've already purchased, so you will not need to purchase them again if you delete the app.

- Tap on the app icon. You might have accidentally tapped it while it was downloading, which pauses the install. Even if you didn't, sometimes tapping it will help push a frozen install to try installing again.
