Blocked Request Log

Kiosk Pro Lite, Basic, Plus and Enterprise

Shows a table of all URLs that have been blocked in the last 24 hours, including content that is embedded into a page (for example, an iframe or Youtube player), which can be used to troubleshoot conflicts with your Allowed Domains and/or Restricted Domains lists.

If the blocked domain is embedded content, this table will show both the URL of the page the content is in, as well as the URL of the embedded content that was blocked. By tapping a URL in the table, you can add the specific URL or the general domain to your ‘Allowed Domains’ list, or copy the URL to your pasteboard. You can clear the entire log by tapping the "Clear" button in the bottom left corner.

In the Basic, Plus & Enterprise versions of the app, this table can be exported locally to the Kiosk Pro documents folder as a .csv file by selecting 'Export' from the top right corner. This is saved in a folder called 'com.kioskgroup.application.logs' as 'navigation_blocking_log.csv'. Steps for retrieving this file are available here.
